1. What this site is

isdownaustralia.com is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the companies whose services we list, unless a page says so.

Service names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to name the service a page is about.

We cannot fix a service, restore your account or answer questions about your bill. For that, contact the company that runs the service.

2. Status information

The status shown for a service is an estimate. It is built from reports that visitors send, and for websites also from our own automatic checks of whether the site responds.

• Reports can be few, late, or come from one area or one network only.
• A site can answer our checks and still be broken for you, for example after login or in its app.

You keep the rights to what you write. By posting, you allow us to show, store and moderate it on this site.

Do not try to change what the site shows by sending fake reports, by sending reports with scripts or bots, or by posting from many accounts or addresses.

Do not attempt to compromise the site, gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it, or disrupt it, and do not copy it in bulk with automated tools in a way that loads our servers.

We may block traffic that does any of this.

5. Ads and external links

The site is free to use and is paid for by ads. Ads are marked and come from ad networks or from partners.

Links to other websites, including ads and the official sites of the services we list, lead to sites we do not control. Their own terms and policies apply there.

6. Our content

The text, charts, maps and design of this site are ours unless stated otherwise.

You may link to any page and quote brief parts with a link back to the page. Do not republish the site, its status data or its comments in bulk.

The site and its information are provided as they are. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current, or that the site will always be available.
