Relying totally on computers is not great when people need their medications and can't get scripts filled. I bypassed a closer chemist which would have been able to fill my scripts but it was only after I waited 25 minutes to get my scripts filled and went back to get them that I was told the system crashed and none of my scripts could be filled. It was 8pm so too late to go anywhere else. Not good enough. Have paper system for events like this. We can't be completely reliant on computers.
