1 years Hi On Tuesday evening our starlink system stopped working , this coincided with a message informing us of a scheduled reboot at 3am. We have checked our system and all of the cables etc. we have also tried to carry out a factory reset on the modem , the system still doesn't work . we are now nearly 30 hours into a total shut down of our business operations We have submitted a ticket detailing this but so far have only received an automated response detailing what to check etc. t This system has worked flawlessly for almost 3 years and we have thoroughly checked all of the points on the automated list and the only anomaly was the software update at 3am Please can you escalate this case to the highest level required to achieve a speed resolution - Greg Pickers (Brisbane, Australia)
