My partner can’t share my ticket for Teddy Swimms with me because your app and conveniently also your website is complete garbage. It keeps telling me to download the app which I have. I’ve logged in, logged out, changed my damn password, you name it and it still won’t allow me to accept my ticket to my phone. I’ve even tried to do it via email and it still won’t register. Get your shit together, honestly. Worst fucking app in the business.

been trying to purchase tickets for over 5 hours, says there is 13 in total but unable to purchase any no matter how long i wait. number hasnt gone down at all during the 5 hours, and keeps saying people have them in cart. if people had them in cart they would have been avaliable / purchased by now!
