Initially reception was jumping from 4g to H or H+. The number of bars was also fluctuating. This was that case from when I arrived home at 4.50pm 28/10/23. The fluctuations have reduced and reception is now sitting between H and H+ mostly full bars, now 10.50pm 28/10/23
Speed test gives reports of less than 1mb up to 2-3mb download speed. I normally get close to 100mb sometimes more and full bars of 4g cover.
